Returns Policy

  • You can return any item for a refund within 14 days from date of purchase
  • Items must be in their original condition with any tags still in place
  • Any items not in their original condition e.g. showing signs of wear or damage will not be refunded and instead will be returned to you
  • When returning items it is advisable to use a service requiring a signature upon delivery, any items ‘lost in post’ will not be refunded by Phoebe Rose Boutique
  • We will endeavour to process any returned items ASAP but please allow up to 5 working days during busy periods, and once processed, refunds can take up to 5 working days to show in your account

How to return items

Please ensure items are packaged securely and include a note with your name and address on and a list of item/s being returned.  There could be a delay in processing your return if these details are not included.

A confirmation email will be sent once we have processed your return, but please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to show in your account.

We advise using a signed for service with the Post Office as we will not be responsible for returned items until they have been received by Phoebe Rose Boutique.

Please note:

  • We ask that you take care when trying on items, damaged items will not be refunded and this includes make up or self tan marks as well as pulls in the fabric caused by jewellery as well as other items
  • We check all items thoroughly before sending to our customers to ensure garments are in perfect condition and ask that they are returned the same way
  • Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges only refunds. Of course you are welcome to purchase a replacement if required

Delivery Policy

Our parcels are sent using Royal Mail services.

Standard UK delivery £4.10

Parcels are sent 2nd class signed for and will require a signature upon receipt – Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

Next Day UK Delivery £7.20

Parcels are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery service which is guaranteed next working day before 1pm . Please note orders must be placed by 12pm midday Monday to Thursday to qualify for this service, orders placed after 12pm midday will not be sent until the following working day and orders placed using this service on a Friday or Saturday will not be sent until the following Monday to arrive on the Tuesday.


Free local collection

Choose this option if you wish to collect from us in Benfleet, Essex…Please bear in mind we are home based and do not have set opening times.  Our  opening times do change weekly, please check the current weeks opening times on our Facebook page or please message us for them prior to placing your order.
